I've done a spell to heal myself, but it only made a dryad come to heal me. I feel bad about using Gaia's children to my advantage.

Would you feel bad if your child accepted your help when they fell and skinned their knee? =)

that is the thing about druidic magic... its not just a simple spell.. it is a summoning of one of the children of the gods, being for strength, speed, luck, healing... whatever... do not feel ashamed of asking for help, ones true strength is found in his/her friends.. and the gods are more than your deities.. look at them as some sort of brother or sister.. or your closest friend....

I never really liked asking for help. I was very stubborn. I'm known to try as many times as physically possible to attain one goal, that I completely forget to do other, more important things. Then again, sometimes my ADD is so bad that I get frustrated because I can't focus on the one thing I'm trying so hard to do. lol. It's funny now that I think about it.

I think the real magic is when you get the people on your side and eager to join in with what you are doing, Now that is a real skill.

Does it really matter if they are Christians, as long as you show them that you are not some kind of ogre & that Nature is something to be nurtured, The more positive energy you create the more people will join in but I would be entertaining with it as people do like to see the real you and not a made up false you.
I have been invited to be a part of the Winter Solstice ritual at Stonehenge and I am so much looking forward to being involved with the ritual not just as a member of the public but Druidic.
I love the energy raising and by raising that energy one gets the inspiration from Awen.
Blessed Be.

Aether - you 'summon' your gods???? or you ask for their help?
